1. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer insured shipping to all our customers in the United States.

FREE Insured Shipping: On all orders over $50.00
2. Delivery Timelines
Our delivery process is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days . During this time, we verify your order, perform quality checks, and package your items.

Shipping Time: After processing, your order will be dispatched. Estimated shipping time to the United States is 7-14 business days .
Please note: These timelines are estimates. While we strive to deliver your order as fast as possible, factors such as customs clearance or local postal delays may occasionally extend delivery times.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package directly on our website using our "Track Your Order" page.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For our US customers: Orders under $800 are typically duty-free. However, Venova is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We work hard to process orders quickly, so there is a very limited window to change an address. Please contact us immediately at support@venovasocks.com if you realize there is an error in your shipping information.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Venova is not liable for any products lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office or the respective carrier for assistance.
