At Venova™ , we want you to feel comfortable in every step. If our extra-wide socks do not fit your calves perfectly, or if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery .

How to start a return:

To start a return, please contact us at support@venovasocks.com . Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Do not send returns to the address listed on your shipping label; we will provide you with the correct return address via email.

Conditions for Returns:

For health and hygiene reasons, socks must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new, unwashed condition. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the items show signs of heavy wear.

Return Shipping:

Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
